The 69th Je Khenpo (Chief Abbot) of Bhutan, His Holiness Gendun Rinchen (1926-1997)
A profound and accomplished Buddhist Master who need no introduction. He was popularly known as “The Smiling Moon” or also as “Cave man”. His Holiness's passing was reported to have left extraordinary signs like body (Kudung) not decomposing after weeks, rainbow, no odour, etc. To know more about this Master, I would recommend to read the book, 'The Smiling Moon - A Biography of His Holiness Gedun Rinchen by Khenpo Tshering'.
I paid a tribute to the Greatest Master by creating first ever detailed Portrait and I hope this will bring great blessing and happiness.
Please remember some of funds from the sales will go to charity organizations!
