My Boy Nagla

Elephants stand no match on this landmass,

Ablest, sturdiest, cognitivist and tons of mass.

From the most knit society parted only by death,

Survives my ‘My Boy Nagla’ under my art sheath.

Nagla appeared so majestic before my eyes,

In a photo from a Reserve that he posed so wise.

Thrilled my nerves in awe and the agile art instinct,

With graphite strokes shaped an art afore extinct.

Today he is presumed safe but not his kinsfolks,

They need a safe home just like anyone of folks.

Every home and wall can Nagla find a home,

Accept him and bring bliss as you’d welcome.

Prayers with no action is like dead or no power,

Our generations need our actions now or never.

I devoted to safe them in prayers and in heart,

Adopt Nagla with joy by topping up your cart.
